U.S. Space & Rocket Center Reviews

I was hoping for more to actually learn from. Some of it was fine, but overall it felt a little thin and didn’t really give me much to work with.

I went with my 9-year-old and my dad, we all had a good time. How often do you find a place that works for both kids and grandparents? Some parts seemed better suited for older kids, but nothing felt overwhelming or boring. We easily spent a few hours there, and it felt really easy for the whole family to enjoy.

I found the site mostly accessible and easy enough to get around. The buttons were clear and readable, which made things simple. A few pages could definitely load a bit smoother, but overall, I’d say it’s a solid experience with just a little room for improvement.

Went with my wife and our two kids, we all had a great time. The site was simple to use and made it easier to plan without getting stressed out. There was plenty of family-friendly info, and it felt like it was actually written for regular people, not just space experts. The kids were already excited before we even got there. I’d definitely use it again for another trip.

We went to the Rocket Center and overall had a good time. The place was fun and the kids enjoyed it, but dang the food prices kinda caught me off guard. Snacks and drinks were more than I thought they’d be, especially when your buying for a whole family. The food was okay, not terrible or anything, just felt like you pay extra cause your already there. Next time I’d probably bring some snacks with us if we can

It was a cool place to visit, but the tour felt little unorganized. We ended up waiting around a lot between parts, which made it less enjoyable. The staff was really nice though, so that helped.

I thought the gift shop was okay overall. They had some cool space-themed stuff, but in my opinion the selection felt a little smaller than I was expecting. It was mostly shirts, mugs, and toys for kids, and the prices seemed kind of high to me. Not a bad stop, just not anything that really stood out...

I had to reach out to customer service about my order. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. The answer was helpful in the end, I just wish the response had been a bit faster.

Support did end up helping me resolve the issue, so I appreciate that. The only thing is the replies took a while, which was a little frustrating. I guess that’s normal sometimes, but it would’ve been nicer to hear back sooner.

I liked walking through this place because the history really feel real, like you can actually picture what happened there. The staff was okay too, not super chatty but helpful enough when we needed something.

I was fully prepared for the gift shop to destroy my wallet, but it wasn’t bad at all. The shirts, patches, and little space toys were actually priced fairly, which felt like a minor miracle. My kids got to pick out a few things, and I didn’t walk out feeling like I’d been robbed in broad daylight. Such a nice surprise after an already fun visit.

I visited rocketcenter.com with my family and overall had a really nice time. The whole place was very clean, the bathrooms were tidy, the floors looked well maintained, and I didn’t notice trash lying around anywhere. Even though there were quite a few people there, it still felt organized and easy enough to move around. You can tell the staff puts effort into keeping things up. My only complaint is that I was expecting clearer instructions in a few areas, since some signs and directions weren’t as obvious as I hoped. Still, we enjoyed the visit and I’d go back again.

I blame whoever runs this for making everything so easy to find. I didn’t get confused at all, which is not always the case with places like this. Smooth experience overall...

I got my tickets through rocketcenter, the price felt fair for everything that was included. Booking was easy, and the confirmation came through quickly, which was a relief because I always get a little anxious until I see that email. The only thing was that I had to read the ticket details twice because they weren’t super clear at first. It gave me that small moment of doubt, like, “Wait, did I pick the right thing?” But everything worked out fine in the end, and I’d use them again.
